Home Price Report Shows Increase of 2.9%

I came across this interesting article this morning that I thought I’d pass along.  One thing you’ll read says we haven’t hit the bottom yet.  Another article says prices are on the rise.

I personally believe that real estate prices depend on the neighborhood almost more than the city even.  Of course that kind of goes without question, but there’s still the misconception that one should “hold off” to buy real estate.

I think if you get a good loan and you make a smart purchase in a good neighborhood that you can’t go wrong with purchasing right now.  But I’ll let you be the judge on that.

Second Quarter Existing Home Sales Rise

Among all the gloom and doom, it’s refreshing to know that there’s still light at the end of the tunnel.
